Holiday Inn - Kansas City - Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Great location. Good restaurants around the area and easy access to highway. We didn't have breakfast but smelled really good . Very comfortable beds and good room appearance.

It was nice. Very comfortable 😌 Liked that it was close to everything we wanted to do. Felt safe as well I loved the curtains that rolled up at the touch of a button 👌 that was cool. I've never seen anything like that. Now I want some.

The property was great from the get go. Smelled great, someone polishing the floors in the lobby and very clean and updated. Staff was very friendly. Room was just what we needed and had great amenities including a safe. Although we didn’t have time to visit it, there was a very nice looking bar in the lobby.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant inside also had excellent staff and made delicious food. Will absolutely be staying again and recommending this hotel to friends and colleagues.

It was bright and clean! The front desk lady was soooo nice and accommodating and the most pleasant person ever! Loved her
